Franco-Vietnamese hospital nears completion
HO CHI MINH CITY - Workers are putting a final touch
on the Franco-Vietnamese Hospital building as
the opening is scheduled for next month.
The foreign-invested hospital, covering 20,000
square meters in Saigon South, has 26 wards,
200 beds and nine operation theaters, and is
owned by Far East Medical Vietnam Ltd. It has
total investment capital of US$40 million.
The hospital will
provide state-of-the-art diagnostic services and
high-quality medical care through surgical,
maternity, cardiology and oncology centers.
Sixty nurses recruited by the hospital
completed an international refresher course in December.
