Ceramics: italian machinery on show in Vietnam
BOLOGNA - Ten Italian companies that produce machinery and plants for the production of ceramics will take part from December 3 to 6 in a trade fair called Building & Construction Vietnam dedicated to building and construction in Ho Chi Minh City.
The companies are - Eurotecnica (Modena), Ferrari e Cigarini (Maranello, Modena), Forni Ficola (Deruta, Perugia), Gape Due (Sassuolo, Modena), ICF (Maranello, Modena), Pedrini (Carobbio degli Angeli, Bergamo), Premier (Villaverla, Vicenza), Sacmi (Imola, Bologna), System (Fiorano, Modena), Tecno Italia (Sassuolo, Modena), TSC (Fiorano Modenese), Tyrolit Vincent (Thiene, Vicenza) - and will be hosted inside an Italy Point organised by ACIMAC and ICE, which will work as an information point, but also a meeting point for clients.
Vietnam represents an interesting market for the ceramics sector, thanks to the rapid development of the local ceramics industry: the production of tiles alone has passed from the 5 million square metres produced in 1996 to the 120 million currently produced by 45 companies. Forecasts predict a further increase in the next few years.
